After the Mike O’Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge (Hoover Dam Bypass) opened transportation officials in Nevada and Arizona started talking seriously about an interstate highway connecting Las Vegas to Phoenix. While it’s still in the talking and funding stage, NDOT I-11 project manager, Sondra Rosenberg, sits down with host Gary Larson to discuss what it will take to get this highway built.
