Host Gary Larson and regular contributors Elizabeth Thompson and Conor Shine debate Hugh Jackson’s recent column in the Review Journal questioning if education alone can solve Nevada’s economic ails. The panel also discuss the controversy surrounding the creation of the Basin and Range National Monument.

Three years ago members of several faith-based organizations from across the valley gathered at UNLV and launched a group called Nevadans for the Common Good. That group has lobbied to strengthen our laws on sex trafficking, elder-care, and education. Now with the State legislative session in our rear-view mirror, host Gary Larson sits down with Robert Hoo and Pastor Dennis Hutson from the organization to discuss what they’ve accomplished and what they have left to tackle.
